FC Bayern Museum: Information, tickets, exhibitions

Player figures in the current shirt

Eye to eye with Harry Kane, Joshua Kimmich or Michael Olise – from now, the current line-up are on display in the FC Bayern Museum. The 24 players in the new home kit and the coaching staff led by Vincent Kompany once again form the popular finish to the exhibition as life-size aluminium figures.

New faces in line-up

Each of the 12-millimetre-thick figures is an exact replica of the respective Bayern star thanks to precise water jet cutting. The team line-up is one of the most popular photo subjects for visitors at the FC Bayern Museum. Fans can look in the eyes of leading players such as captain Manuel Neuer as well as rising stars Lennart Karl and Tom Bischof. One absolute fan favourite is not represented for the first time since the museum opened in 2012: Thomas Müller. However, even if he doesn’t feature in the 2025/26 squad, he can be found in many other parts of the exhibition, including his own display case in honour of his record appearance in the Bayern shirt.

The goal-getters in life size in the FC Bayern Museum

The installation of the new team line-up is traditionally an important event in the calendar of the FC Bayern Museum. Accordingly, a total of 31 new player and coach figures were put back on display this year. To ensure that the figures resemble their real-life counterparts as closely as possible, the camera is positioned directly in front of the subject at stomach height during a special photo shoot.

Regular auctions for good causes

The squad figures from recent years have been collected in the museum archives, and a selection of them are regularly auctioned off for a good cause. Several five-figure sums have been raised for social projects in this way in the past.
