Dear visitors,
Because of the current renovation work at the FC Bayern Museum, the location of the box office has changed. It is now located at Paulaner Fantreff Nord, accessible via staircase M. This is also where the arena tours and arena view start. The foyer of the FC Bayern Museum is closed.
Please use only staircase M at the Allianz Arena to access the box office and the arena tours from 13 April 2026.
The cloakroom will be closed from 13 April.
