The EuroLeague matchup on Friday at the Audi Dome against Berlin (20:30) is framed by two southern duels in the Bundesliga, in which Bayern sits with a 20-6 points record after 13 gamedays and do not want to give up further ground at the top. s.Oliver Würzburg, meanwhile (10-18), also needs every success to keep from being relegated.
17 players have been called up so far, but coach Denis Wucherer will also have to make changes to his squad, as Justin Sears, Brekkott Chapman and Zach Smith will be out for a longer period of time. Meanwhile, the injury of Crailsheim's U.S. professional Tim Coleman, suffered apparently without contact, has been revealed as a tibia fracture and tear of the outer meniscus. The FCBB wishes him a good recovery.
