Until the day before Christmas Eve - a road game in Kaunas (Dec. 23rd 19:00) - the Euroleage is at a standstill but the FCBB will still be in action. On Saturday evening, 20:30 Loewen Braunschweig will come to the Audi Dome for the last home game of the calendar year.

Trinchieri's men will have to push themselves to the limit again 46 hours after their energetic performance against EuroLeague rival Valencia. The gameday atmosphere at the Audi Dome will otherwise be dominated by the FCBB's "HELPSIDE" charity platform: numerous FCBB partners and members of the FCBB Business Circle will be making it possible for volunteers from social institutions in Munich, as well as needy individuals and committed schoolchildren, to attend the BBL game.
Gifts to Ukraine
Some institutions, including the Bahnhofsmission München, will have an information booth in the hall. At the small Christmas market in front of the Audi Dome, there will be a raffle with 200 prizes for the benefit of the "Christmas on the Street" social project. The Offene Behindertenarbeit OBA (Open Work for the Disabled) has a sales booth, and the German Bone Marrow Donor File DKMS will be holding a blood-typing campaign.
FCBB HELPSIDE also collected gifts for a school in the Ukrainian war zone in Kharkiv with support coming from the team and the FCBB Office.

The Lions visit with Amaize and Kramer
The Lions come with three good acquaintances: Their captain is Robin Amaize, who celebrated the championship with Bayern in 2019. After a serious knee injury, the 28-year-old is slowly getting back into the swing of things (9.3 ppg, 4.4 apg). Playmaker Braydon Hobbs, 33, twice BBL champion (2018, 2019) and once cup winner (2018) with Bayern, has returned to the Bundesliga after a year in Spain and is expected to lead the young team as a veteran presence. With 10.3 points and 7.3 assists, the 33-year-old American certainly delivers as does the athletic center talent Jilson Bango (23-years-old/10.7 ppg, 7.8 rpg).

Finally, David Krämer, who was re-signed by FCBB in the spring of 2021 for an eventual 18 appearances, has been Braunschweig's offensive weapon this season: with an average of 18 points, he is currently the top German scorer in the easyCredit BBL. The 25-year-old guard takes seven threes (35%) per game.
