- The SAP Garden opens at 7:15 PM, with tip-off at 8:45 PM. The VIP areas of the SAP Garden open at 6:45 PM.
- Due to the high number of fans expected, we recommend an early arrival, preferably using public transportation (U-Bahn U1, U7, stops Gern or Westfriedhof, Tram lines 20, 21, stop Olympiapark West, Bus 144, stop Toni-Merkens-Weg), as there may be very long wait times at the parking areas.
- Away fans are requested to use entrance E1.
- All other public day ticket holders are requested to use entrance E3.
- Only our public season ticket holders are allowed entry via E7, while our VIP customers enter through E10.
- Please note that for this game, for your safety, a "Full Body Check" will be conducted at the entrance.
- For your safety, the bringing of bags and backpacks is not permitted (exceptions are small fanny packs).
- In front of the SAP Garden, there is the option to deposit larger bags for a fee at entrance E1 (only cash payment is possible). Please note that there will be no cloakroom inside the building for this game.
- Please note that in the SAP Garden, both in the fan shops and at the food stands, you can only pay cashless.
- If you have issues with your ticket before entry or need to upgrade a discounted ticket, please contact our colleagues at the Ticketing Counter T2.
- In the arena, besides non-alcoholic beverages, only Light Beer will be served.
