Since the 2024/25 season, we have been playing our EuroLeague home games at the SAP Garden. Here you can find all the important information for your visit:
Arrival
We kindly ask you to arrive early. Doors for the public ticket area open 90 minutes before tip-off. Hospitality admission begins 120 minutes before Tip-Off.
By public transport (MVV)
Due to the large number of fans, we recommend arriving early, preferably by public transport, as there may be very long waiting times at the car park. We strongly advise against traveling by car due to the current traffic situation on the Mittlerer Ring and recommend arriving early by public transport. At present, Landshuter Allee (feeder to Dachauer Straße) is limited to a single lane in both directions because of construction work. It is advisable to use the northern access to the parking area, coming from Georg-Brauchle-Ring.

By car
The SAP Garden is located in the northern part of the Olympic Park, directly next to the Bundesstraße 2R. There are good parking facilities on site in the "Parkharfe" (3,500 spaces) in front of the sports arena, which can be accessed either via Toni-Merkens-Weg or directly from the north via the Bundesstraße 2R. Parking tickets can be booked in advance online or purchased on site.
By bicycle
There are 600 bicycle parking spaces available on the stadium grounds.

Entrances
- E1 & E3: Main public entrance
- E7: Season ticket holders entrance
- E10: VIP season tickets / Day tickets entrance (Level 0 & 2)
- E11: (directly to the left of E10) Partner & Client Box / Suite entrance
Public day ticket holders are requested to use entrances E1 and E3. Only our public season ticket holders are allowed to enter via E7, our VIP customers enter via E10.
Having Issues with Your Ticket?
If you are having problems with your mobile ticket, please contact:
- Box Office T1 if you are still outside the arena.
- Service Center inside the arena: It is located on Level 0 between Blocks 005/006, near entrances E10 and E1.

If you have any issues with your ticket before entering or need to upgrade a discounted ticket, please contact our staff at the Ticketing Booth T1.
For any concerns during the gameday, you are welcome to contact the Service Desk close to 005 at any time. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the SAP Garden! The smoking area for fans is located as usual at E7 (Guets E2).
Admission
The SAP Garden opens at 19.00, tip-off is at 20.30. The VIP areas of the SAP Garden open at 18.30.
Ticket Information
Please have your ticket ready on your smartphone when entering the venue to avoid waiting times at the entrance.
The best way to open your ticket is via the FCBB app. To do this, log in to the app with your existing myFCB credentials, then select the “Tickets” menu item and then “My Wallet.” The mobile ticket will then appear automatically in the FCBB app.
Alternatively, you can also download your tickets via your customer account, either as a PDF or in .pkpass format. Both versions can be opened directly on your smartphone. It is not necessary to print out the PDF; you can show it paperless on your smartphone. You can open the .pkapass format with your wallet app. On Android systems, it may happen that the tickets cannot be opened. In this case, we recommend the free app “Wallet Passes.”
Bag Policy
For your safety, bags larger than size A4 are strictly prohibited today. Likewise, no bottles or drinks are allowed. In front of the SAP Garden at entrance E1 there is the possibility to deposit bags items for a fee (only cash payment possible). The following items are also prohibited:

All kiosks in the SAP Garden will only accept cashless payments.

The "HENRY | Café - Restaurant - Bar" on Level 1 will be closed on this match day due to an exclusive event.
Mobile Order
Have you heard about the “Mobile Order” feature in the FC Bayern Basketball App? If you want to avoid queues at the kiosks on game days, you can use this service. Within the FCBB App, navigate to ARENA/SAP Garden to access the “Mobile Order” service. You can easily pre-order your food and drinks via your mobile phone and pick them up at your selected kiosk.
Fan Shops
Our stores are waiting for you from the opening of the arena. You can find them at Block 022, Block 013, and Block 113! Of course, you can also shop anytime in our online store.
Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available at the SAP Garden. To connect, enable the Wi-Fi function on your device, connect to “SAP GARDEN FREE WIFI,” and register with your email address.
