- Intensive checks at the entrances: We recommend arriving early. Tickets must be personalized, and entry is only possible with an official ID (ID card or passport). If the first and last names on the ticket do not match the ticket holder, entry will be denied.
- Tickets: These are not available via the FCBB FAN APP. Tickets can only be downloaded via your customer account in the ticket shop. Choose between PDF and pkpass format. The PDF document does not need to be printed and can be shown on your smartphone. For pkpass format:
- iPhone: Use the Wallet app.
- Android: Use an app like “WalletPasses”.
- Arrival and departure: As a concert is taking place in the Olympiahalle at the same time, increased traffic can be expected. Please use public transport where possible to avoid delays during arrival and departure.
