Neuer beats Kahn's best

As of Sunday evening, Manuel Neuer is now the all-time record holder for the most clean sheets in the Bundesliga! The 34-year-old FCB captain equalled former Bayern goalkeeper Oliver Kahn's record of 196 games without conceding with a clean sheet in the 1-0 win against FC Augbsurg in midweek, and picked up his 197th clean sheet with a solid performance against his former team, Schalke 04. "I won't let myself be done down here. We're on an equal footing. Let's see how he reacts. But I think he's happy for all of us," Neuer said, smiling after the match when asked if he was expecting trouble with former world-class goalkeeper Kahn, now an FCB board member.
