Jamal Musiala impressed in April and the FC Bayern fans clearly agreed, voting the young star their Player of the Month for the first time. The 18-year-old attacking talent received just under half of the votes cast in the poll (47%), surpassing Thomas Müller (15%) and Eric-Maxim Choupo-Moting (15%).
Three goals from the newly capped German international
Musiala's meteoric rise seems to have no end. The youngster only made his debut for the German national team in March and then took this momentum with him to Bayern. In six competitive games in April, the dribbling supremo scored three goals, including two in the 3-2 win at Wolfsburg on Matchday 29, which made him the youngest FC Bayern scorer of a brace in Bundesliga history.

The Bayern player's strong performances also caused a stir throughout the league. Musiala was named Rookie of the Month for April by the DFL.
