It was a day packed full of highlights in the Allianz Arena! At the "Allianz FC Bayern Team Presentation", the fans of the record champions were treated to quite a few treats. In addition to the squad led by new head coach Julian Nagelsmann, numerous FCB legends and even an Olympic champion made an appearance.
Kimmich: "We've got a good bunch together here"
First up was the presentation of the team for the new season. "We've got a good bunch together here," said Joshua Kimmich in an interview. "Let's go for it," declared coach Nagelsmann, setting the course for the season, before the players got down to business during an intensive training session on the Allianz Arena pitch

The final highlight was a game with the FC Bayern Legends. The Bayern fans cheered especially when Franck Ribéry took to the pitch and showed that he's not forgotten a thing about ball control. Giovane Élber, Roy Makaay and Co. had a terrific time. Among others, Claudio Pizarro also showed off his goalkeeping skills.
Olympic tennis champion Alexander Zverev in attendance
Three days after his triumph in Tokyo, Olympic tennis champion Alexander Zverev also made a special guest appearance in the Allianz Arena. "It's an incredible honour for me to be here. Many thanks to the team and FC Bayern for the invitation," said the 24-year-old Bayern fan, who was presented with a number 1 jersey by captain Manuel Neuer. During the Legends match, Zverev then proved he doesn't just have an exquisite touch with a tennis ball ball.
