It’s a brace of braces for Leroy Sane as our No.10 follows up the defence of his FC Bayern Goal of the Month crown by now retaining his Player of the Month title as well in October. The forward received 44% of the votes from fans, coming out well ahead of Robert Lewandowski (23%) and Kingsley Coman (4%).

Two goals and two assists in October
The 25-year-old impressively built on his strong performances from the previous month in October. Sane was a key factor in Bayern’s attack, scoring two goals and setting up another two in six appearances. His highlight was undoubtedly the 4-0 win away at Benfica in the Champions League, where he had a direct hand in three goals, including his Goal of the Month-winning free-kick. The forward looks to be back to his best in Munich and with the national team. Can he make it a hat-trick in November?
