That's why they call him 'TOR-LISSO'! Everything about this goal was just perfect. Corentin Tolisso's goal to make it 2-0 in the 4-0 win away to Köln stood out in an impressive Bayern team performance. The Frenchman initiated his first Bundesliga goal of the season himself with a one-two that you don't see every day, before finishing with aplomb.
After a cross-field ball from Marcel Sabitzer, the 27-year-old headed the ball on to Thomas Müller, who returned it directly and skilfully. Tolisso brought the ball from his right foot onto his left and smashed it into the net without hesitation - unstoppable and well worth seeing! The fans of the German record champions were also in little doubt, voting Tolisso's strike as the FC Bayern Goal of the Month for January.
Comeback at Köln crowned
With 72 per cent of the votes, the World Cup winner finished well ahead of Robert Lewandowski's opener in the 2-1 defeat to Borussia Mönchengladbach (10%) and Müller's goal in the 4-0 success at Hertha BSC (8%). The goal rounded off what was a successful afternoon for Tolisso, who made his comeback in Cologne in mid-January after missing three games due to a calf injury and coronavirus.
