The highlight of this year's Audi Summer Tour for the FC Bayern Legends took place in a special location. At adidas THE BASE in Seoul, the street football pitch is complemented by the skyline of the South Korean metropolis in the background. However, this special view was not to distract from the actual event on Friday, as a team led by Giovane Élber and one led by Claudio Pizarro faced each other on the pitch in a 40-minute contest.
Both Bayern legends were supported by selected fans and influencers (Goale FC, 1star and Younes Zarou). The FCB supporters are part of the two Korean Bayern fan clubs, who were cheered on by other supporters on site. Among them were also participants of the FC Bayern Youth Cup. At the South Korea National Final at the same venue, the talented players will be competing until 3 August for a place in the World Final in Germany in October.

"It's a lot of fun, the Koreans can definitely play good football. I'm really pleased that we had fun together today," said Pizarro, whose team triumphed over Élber's team in the five-a-side game. "An event like this is world class," said Élber, who occasionally helped to amuse those present with a handheld fan on the pitch in 35-degree temperatures. "I always enjoy spending time with the fans - no matter where. The lads here in Korea are really good. Claudio was on good form today, his team deserved to win."
Stadium announcer Stephan Lehmann, who compèred the event, and mascot Berni provided additional entertainment at adidas THE BASE and rounded off the Legends event in an impressive setting.
