Joshua Kimmich named FC Bayern Player of the Month for January 2025

Joshua Kimmich has played every single minute of Bayern’s 33 competitive fixtures this season. The 30-year-old midfielder leads from the front and played a big role again in January as Bayern extended their lead in the Bundesliga table. Bayern fans have now shown their appreciation for that by naming him the club’s first Player of the Month of 2025.

Our No.6 wasn’t just a driving force in January’s six fixtures but also a provider, coming up with three assists. Those efforts saw him earn 23.6 percent of votes from fans, beating Harry Kane (15.7 percent) and Jamal Musiala (15.4 percent) to the monthly award.
