Thanks to the excellent performance in the 3-0 win in the first leg at home, FC Bayern have put themselves in a great position in the Champions League round of 16 against Bayer 04 Leverkusen. Now the task is to finish off the job in Leverkusen on Tuesday and reach the quarter-finals. Read on to find out which facts and figures point to Bayern qualifying for the last eight in Europe's premier club competition.
Never squandered a three-goal lead

The statistics speak for themselves: the Munich men have progressed to the next round in the last 14 Champions League knockout ties in which they've won the first leg. What's more, Bayern have never squandered a three-goal lead from the first leg in Europe (in 27 cases).
Quarter-final regulars
FCB could qualify for the quarter-finals of the Champions League/European Cup for the 35th time on Tuesday. Only Real Madrid have featured at this stage of the competition more times (39 to date).
Kane's best

Harry Kane has scored nine goals in 10 Champions League appearances this season, his best tally in a European campaign. One more would make him the first English player to hit 10 goals in a Champions League/European Cup season.
Olise following Müller's footsteps

Michael Olise has been directly involved in seven goals (five goals, two assists) in 11 Champions League matches this season. The only player to have had a hand in more goals for Bayern in a UCL season aged 23 or under is Thomas Müller (10 – eight goals and two assists in the 2012/13 campaign).
Urbig fourth different keeper already
At the age of 21 years and 109 days, Jonas Urbig became Bayern's second-youngest goalkeeper in the Champions League in the first leg (after Stefan Wessels, aged 20 years and 205 days on his debut in 1999). In Urbig, Manuel Neuer, Sven Ulreich and Daniel Peretz, the Reds have used a total of four different keepers for the first time ever in Europe's premier club competition.
