Bayern’s 34th championship title extended their status as Germany’s most decorated club, but that wasn’t the only standout number from 2024/25’s success. fcbayern.com takes you through some of the impressive stats behind this year’s Bundesliga triumph.
2 – Fewest defeats in eight years

Mainz away (2-1 in December) and Bochum at home (3-2 in March) were the only blemishes on Bayern’s Bundesliga copybook this season. Just two defeats is the team’s best return in eight years, when they also lost just twice in 2016/17.
9 – Away run to finish
The 4-0 win at Hoffenheim on the final day meant Vincent Kompany’s men ended the season on a run of nine away games without defeat (W6, D3). That ’s the club’s best streak since going 10 matches from December 2019 to June 2020. A total of 38 points also ensured Bayern were the best away team in the Bundesliga.
16 – A clean sheet almost every other game
Bayern’s defence also enjoyed one of its best seasons for a while. A total of 16 clean sheets was the most in the division – almost one every other game without conceding – and the team’s best return since 2016/17, when they also recorded 16 shutouts.
34 – Kane in Europe’s leading pack
Harry Kane didn’t just retain the Bundesliga top scorer canon with 26 goals but also provided eight assists, meaning he was directly involved in 34 goals this term. Among Europe’s top five leagues, only Liverpool’s Mo Salah (46) contributed more.
82 – Impressive debut campaign
Kompany ended his first Bundesliga season as a coach with an impressive 82 points. That isn’t just 10 more than the team got last season but also the best by a Bayern boss in his maiden campaign at the helm since Pep Guardiola got 90 in 2013/14.
99 – Goals galore
Bayern found the back of the net 99 times this past Bundesliga season, which places them joint third over the 62 years of Germany’s top flight. The other three teams to reach that number were also Bayern, having again got 99 in 2020/21, reaching a century in 2019/20 and setting the all-time record of 101 in 1971/72.
