
Not yet at full strength, but with some returning players and new faces: FC Bayern started their preparations for this summer's Club World Cup in the USA on Thursday. Head coach Vincent Kompany was also able to welcome back Jamal Musiala and Dayot Upamecano to the session at Säbener Straße. The pair were able to complete large parts of the training session with their teammates following their recent injury lay-off.
First training session for returnees Krattenmacher & Aznou
Maurice Krattenmacher and Adam Aznou, who most recently had spells on loan at SSV Ulm 1846 and Real Valladolid respectively, were also back training with the ball for the first time since returning to Munich. The session in rainy Munich was the first of five Bayern will complete before their departure on 10 June. These will take place without numerous internationals, who will only join the team in the USA.
