These are the Campus talents at FC Bayern's Tegernsee training camp

Vincent Kompany is a big promoter of young talent at FC Bayern – a fact that was reflected in a very young starting line-up (average age 17.6 years) in the friendly against Wehen Wiesbaden. A total of 13 talents from the Campus are also at the training camp at Tegernsee.  fcbayern.com presents the youngsters to you.

Tim Binder

Tim Binder, who moved to Campus from FC Augsburg in 2019, boasts a respectable record of eight goal involvements in 20 games in two seasons in the Regionalliga to date, although he was recently hampered by an injury. Now Binder is back on the pitch and immediately caught the eye in the friendly against Wiesbaden on Saturday. The 19-year-old wide player impressed with his pace, dribbling ability and attacking purpose. The lively winger could only be stopped with a foul in the box on a solo run in the 57th minute, with Tom Bischof converting the resulting penalty.

Maycon Douglas Cardozo

At just 17 years, four months and 24 days, Maycon Cardozo has already made history. When he replaced Konrad Laimer in the 60th minute of the Matchday 25 encounter against Borussia Mönchengladbach last season, he not only became the youngest Bundesliga debutant but also the first player from the FC Bayern World Squad to play for the first team. He made a second appearance in the Bundesliga against Union Berlin on Matchday 27. The native Brazilian, who’s officially been an FC Bayern player since January 2025, has mainly played for the German record champions’ U19 and U17 teams so far, registering five goals and five assists in 20 games. Cardozo has also featured for the FCB reserves recently and already netted two goals in five Regionalliga Bayern matches.

David Santos Daiber

David Santos Daiber has worn the FC Bayern jersey for a decade. The 19-year-old Portuguese youth international, who took his first steps as a footballler at TSV Milbertshofen, has progressed through every youth team at FCB up to U19 level, and also got the opportunity to show what he can do twice in the Regionalliga last season. Moreover, the defensive midfielder celebrated his Bundesliga debut shortly before Christmas last year against Heidenheim and made a further cameo appearance in the game against Mönchengladbach on Matchday 25. Like Binder, however, he recently had a lengthy period on the sidelines.

Wisdom Mike

Talking of Gladbach, Wisdom Mike has already made four appearances in the Bundesliga as well as one in the UEFA Champions League for Bayern since his move from the Foals in 2022. Following his debut against Werder Bremen on Matchday 5, further outings followed against Freiburg, Heidenheim and Wolfsburg as well as a substiute appearance against Club Brugge in the league phase of Europe’s premier club competition. Mike has a proud record of 25 goals and 10 assists in 34 games for the Bayern U19 and U17 teams.

Guido Della Rovere

At 19, Guido Della Rovere is already a regular for the FC Bayern reserves. As a classic number 10, the Italian has particularly impressed as a provider in his 46 Regionalliga appearances to date (16 assists), as well as scoring five goals himself. Della Rovere had already featured once in the Italian second tier for his former club US Cremonese before joining Bayern in July 2024. Della Rovere made his first-team debut for the Reds in the friendly at Wiesbaden on Saturday and even led the side out as captain.

Jannis Bärtl

Reserves goalkeeper Jannis Bärtl is a true homegrown product. Born in Regensburg, Bavaria, the 20-year-old came through the youth ranks at Bayern before spending two seasons on loan at Karlsruher SC. Since his return to FCB, he’s made 21 Regionalliga appearances between the posts and kept a clean sheet in six of them.

Cassiano Kiala

Like reserves team-mate Santos Daiber, Cassiano Kiala made his bow in the German top flight against Heidenheim on Matchday 15. At 16 years, 11 months and 10 days, he’s one of Bayern’s youngest-ever Bundesliga debutants. Born in Berlin and trained at Hertha BSC, the 17-year-old defender has been playing in Munich for two years and impressed particularly in the U17 and U19 youth leagues. Kiala also featured twice for the reserves before an ankle injury set him back, and he’s currently still working towards his comeback.

Vincent Manuba

Vincent Manuba made the move from his hometown club SV Planegg-Krailing to the FC Bayern academy in 2016. Since then he’s represented every youth team. Manuba is about to go into his fourth Regionalliga season under new reserves boss Dante, making him one of the most experienced players in the team at just 21. The full-back was previously called up for the Tegernsee training camp by Vincent Kompany two years ago.

Filip Pavić

A local boy making his debut for FC Bayern in the Champions League – this dream has already come true for Filip Pavić. The 16-year-old defender came on in the round of 16 second leg against Atalanta in March. After more minutes in the friendly against Wiesbaden, the Freising native now gets to take part in the training camp.

Erblin Osmani

Bundesliga debut against Union Berlin, an early contract extension and now with the first team at Tegernsee – things couldn’t be going much better for Erblin Osmani right now. Born and bred in Munich, the 17-year-old is another homegrown product who’s worn the red and white shirt since U9s. The central midfielder has been a key player for the FCB U17 side, registering six goals and seven assists in 16 appearances.

Bastian Assomo

Bastian Assomo has been banging in the goals for FC Bayern for the past year. The Berliner, who spent time in the academy at Hertha, boasts an impressive goalscoring record despite an injury lay-off in the spring: Assomo netted 11 times in 10 matches for the German record champions’ U17s last term as well as opening his account in the Regionalliga. The friendly against Wiesbaden was also a maiden first-team outing for the striker having been included in the matchday squad once for the Bundesliga match at Mainz in April.

David Podar-Stiube

Another Germany U16 international in the Bayern youth ranks is David Podar-Stiube. The 16-year-old moved to the Campus from FT Freiham in 2022 and has kept goal in the DFB U17 league in 24 games to date. Podar-Stiube pulled on the first-team goalkeeper’s shirt for the first time last Saturday before being replaced by Sven Ulreich at half-time.

Skender Nuraj

Skender Nuraj came to the FC Bayern Campus in the 2021/22 season. The German can play out wide both in defence and attack. Last season, the 16-year-old featured in 10 matches for the FCB U17s. After playing the full match against Wiesbaden, Nuraj now also gets the chance to impress Kompany at Tegernsee.
