Following the 4-0 win at 1. FC Heidenheim, coach Vincent Kompany gave his players two days off over Easter. Three FC Bayern pros, however put in an extra shift on Monday. Dayot Upamecano, Manuel Neuer and Daniel Peretz completed individual sessions at the Säbener Straße training ground.
Defender Upamecano, who suffered a knee injury at the end of March, did some laps of the training pitch followed by exercises with the ball. Captain Neuer also continued to work on his comeback after a reaction in his calf during his recovery programme following a muscle strain. Keeper Peretz also had an afternoon session with goalkeeping coach Michael Rechner.
