A diverse programme awaited FC Bayern on Thursday at the Audi Summer Tour in Tokyo. Together with adidas, the German record champions unveiled the new away jersey. After a training session in the morning, the players attended several partner events. Here's fcbayern.com's recap.

New away jersey unveiled

FC Bayern and adidas have unveiled the new away kit for the 2023/24 season. The black kit features a world map-inspired graphic with pink and green diamonds representing the German record champions’ fan clubs around the globe.

Training in summery temperatures

Just a few hours after the 2-1 defeat in the Audi Football Summit to Manchester City, the FCB players were back on the pitch on Thursday morning. Joshua Kimmich and Co. worked up a good sweat in summery temperatures.

Hainer, Mayer, Diederich & Jung attend an AHK Business Lunch

Herbert Hainer, Prof Dr Dieter Mayer and the board members Dr Michael Diederich and Andreas Jung were guests of the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Japan (AHK Japan) on Thursday afternoon. In addition to a lunch and discussions with the invited guests, the FC Bayern representatives spoke at a Q&A with Marcus Schürmann, Delegate of German Industry and Commerce in Japan and CEO of the AHK Japan, among others.

Gnabry, Gravenberch and Co. attend partner events with fans 

In the early evening, the players attended various partner events with fans. Among others, Serge Gnabry and Ryan Gravenberch as well as FCB legend Claudio Pizarro were on hand to fulfil the numerous autograph and selfie requests of Bayern supporters and answer questions at a fan Q&A session. "We were given a tremendous welcome, everyone is very friendly. We're having a good time here in Tokyo," Gnabry said at the adidas event, which also saw the unveiling of the new FC Bayern away jersey. In addition, Benjamin Pavard, Leroy Sané and Minjae Kim (Konami eFootball event and fan meet & greet) - Kingsley Coman, Matthijs de Ligt and Jamal Musiala (Audi fan event at Miyashita Park) - Joshua Kimmich (Q&A at SAP) - as well as Leon Goretzka, Alphonso Davies and Yann Sommer (adidas fan autograph session) were out and about.
