Harry Kane has retained his Player of the Month crown from October by again being named Bayern’s best player in November by fans. The striker received 56 percent of votes to take the title once more, ahead of the returning Manuel Neuer (14 percent) and Leroy Sane (7 percent).
Eight goals in five games
Kane’s numbers from the past month are impressive, scoring eight goals from five appearances. He got three alone in the 4-0 thrashing of Borussia Dortmund, as well as betting braces in the 4-2 win over Heidenheim and 2-1 victory against Galatasaray. He rounded off his month with the crucial strike in the 1-0 win at Köln.
That scoring rate has seen the England captain break all sorts of records in Munich. By the end of November, he already had 18 goals from just 11 Bundesliga appearances – the fastest any player had ever reached that total. And with just a third of the campaign gone, he has already surpassed the record of 17 goals that Jadon Sancho (2019/20) and Kevin Keegan (1978/79) held as the top-scoring English player in a Bundesliga season. More of the same, Harry!
