For marinating grilled steaks (veal, lamb, beef, pork), poultry, fish, vegetable skewers and seasoning vegetables and fruits.
Can be used generously (unit: teaspoon). For marinades one counts per portion 2 teaspoon spice on 4 tbsp oil. Mix the spice with the oil and turn the pieces of meat into it before cooking. Larger roast pieces are painted with the marinade several times in the last half hour of the cooking time. Or dissolve 2 teaspoons of the spice in some liquid brown butter or a little olive oil, heat the mixture and stir in unsharply roasted pieces of meat (eg minute steaks).
