Four legends talk about their special Bayern moments

Claudio Pizarro, Giovane Elber, Martin Demichelis and Daniel van Buyten are all FC Bayern legends and produced legendary moments for the club. Together with partner Paulaner, they talk about a particular special moment they had during their time in Munich in our series Prost to the Past.

Part 1: Claudio Pizarro: “A great festival”

Pizarro created his special FC Bayern moment with four goals in the 9-2 win over Hamburg on 30 March 2013.

Part 2: Giovane Elber: “A lucky shot”

Elber scored what would be named Goal of the Year when he curled in a shot from the corner flag away at Hansa Rostock in February 1999.

Part 3: Martin Demichelis: “They had no chance against me”

Demichelis scored an important header against Juventus in the Champions League, and he still likes to think back to that day in October 2005.

Part 4: Daniel van Buyten: “Power and precision”

It wasn’t just a great free-kick against Bayer Leverkusen that had van Buyten celebrating in September 2011.
